About the Blog

Armed with a Fork was created for everyone who loves food by someone who loves to create food. I was trained in the culinary arts at the prestigious George Brown Chef School in Toronto and I worked in a couple of restaurants and hotels before opting to leave the restaurant industry due to creative differences. My desire to constantly create and produce interesting dishes could not be met in the hard life of a restaurant cook.  I am constantly cooking, probably more so than when I was in that industry. I`m always creating new dishes, thinking about new food ideas and that`s exactly where Armed with a Fork came from.

Armed with a Fork serves as your source to get informed on all those questions you have about cooking and hopefully it may open your eyes to things you may not have seen before. Get a simple recipe, or an idea for your weekend party.
